Payment Processing Page Copy Improvements, Release Date: November 7th, 2024
We’ve made improvements to the payment processing page to provide clearer information about the fees involved with each payment processing option.
Updates:
- Added a "Learn more" link next to each payment processing option on both the Payment Processing Page and Account Setup.
- Clicking "Learn more" will open a modal with detailed information about the fees associated with each processor.
Participant Email Logic Enhancement, Release Date: November 7th, 2024
We’ve added logic to participant emails when a donor registers multiple participants using the same email address. Currently, emails sent to donors in this situation only include one fundraising page link and one section with next steps.
Updates:
- We’ve removed the text prompting users to visit their personal fundraising page (view example).
- We’ve also removed links to the participant dashboard and fundraising page (view example) as well as the link on "Customize your fundraising page."
- A new table has been added to accommodate all registered participants (view example), with three columns:
- Participant Name
- View Dashboard (links to the participant’s respective dashboard)
- View Fundraising Page (links to the participant’s fundraising page)
These changes specifically apply to cases where a donor registers multiple participants using the same email address, which is common for school events where parents sign up their children.

Update Edit Experience Button Terminology, Release Date: November 7th, 2024
We’ve made a small but important update to the wording in the Experience Management CMO to reduce customer confusion.
Update:
- The text in the Experience CMO has been changed from "Edit Experience" to "Experience Setup" for consistency.

Improve Donation Page Branding Style for Banner Section, Release Date: October 31, 2024
We’ve updated the branding style for the donation page banner to enhance text readability. Previously, dark backgrounds caused text visibility issues.
Update Summary:
- Until we implement page-specific branding, we've hardcoded text colors for the banner section.
- On desktop: Banner text will always be white for better contrast.
- On mobile/tablet: Banner text will always be black for clarity.

Improved Participant Email Logic, Release Date: October 30, 2024
We enhanced the participant email process when the person registering was the same as the one purchasing the registration. Previously, such users received two separate emails: one for the purchaser and another for the participant, which caused confusion.
Update:
- If the purchaser and participant were the same person (determined by email), they now receive just one email instead of two.
- The "Thank you for your registration!" email (sent to the purchaser) was updated to include the important information from the "Your registration is confirmed" email, consolidating everything into a single message.
